1. Support the Men's Leather Goods Merchandising Department in developing successful commercial activities.
2. Implement and monitor the leather goods strategy, including strategic planning and budgeting.
3. Analyze weekly and monthly performance by category, region, and store.
4. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports by product category.
5. Propose action plans in communication with regions and the supply chain.
6. Define product life cycles (permanent, carry over, seasonal, mark down).
7. Identify best-selling products and market opportunities.
8. Centralize market feedback on recent collections and needs for upcoming collections.
9. Coordinate regional needs (delivery, reorders, rebalancing).
10. Visit boutiques in Paris.
11. Optimize visual merchandising in stores.
12. Interface with various departments such as Retail Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, and E-Commerce.
13. Participate in showroom activities, including creating and writing analyses during showroom periods.
14. Prepare buying presentations and tools.
15. Assist in defining buying strategies.
16. Coordinate regional purchases.

1. Enrollment in a Business School or specialized Master's program in Fashion.
2. Previous internship experience in luxury and fashion is appreciated.

1. Fluent in English.
2. Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Outlook, PowerPoint, and ideally Qlik, Cognos, and BI.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, rigor, flexibility, and dynamism.
