- Support the Men's Leather Goods Merchandising Department in developing successful commercial activities while adhering to Dior's strategic and quality standards.
- Implement and monitor the leather goods strategy, including strategic planning and budgeting.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics such as sell-out, sell-through, and best sellers by category, region, and boutique.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports by product category.
- Propose action plans by category in collaboration with regional teams and the supply chain.
- Define product life cycles, including permanent, carry-over, seasonal, and markdown items.
- Identify best-selling products and market opportunities by category.
- Centralize market feedback on recent collections and future needs.
- Coordinate regional needs regarding delivery, reorders, and rebalancing.
- Visit Paris boutiques to optimize visual merchandising, focusing on specific pushes, best sellers, and slow movers.
- Interface with various departments including Retail Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, VM, and E-Commerce.
- Participate in showroom periods by creating and drafting analyses, preparing purchase presentations, and coordinating regional purchases.
- Enrollment in a business school or specialized master's program in fashion.
- Previous internship experience in luxury and fashion is appreciated.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Outlook Package (PowerPoint, etc.), with additional skills in Qlik, Cognos, and BI being advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, rigor, flexibility, and dynamism.
Entry-level experience with a preference for prior internship experience in luxury fashion.
Currently pursuing a degree in a business school or a specialized master's program in fashion.
