- Support the Men's Leather Goods Merchandising Department in developing successful commercial activities.
- Implement and monitor the leather goods strategy, including strategic planning and budgeting.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance by category, region, and store.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports by product category.
- Propose action plans in communication with regions and the supply chain.
- Define product life cycles (permanent, carry over, seasonal, mark down).
- Identify best-selling products and market opportunities.
- Centralize market feedback on recent collections and needs for upcoming collections.
- Coordinate regional needs (delivery, reorders, rebalancing).
- Visit boutiques in Paris.
- Optimize visual merchandising in stores.
- Interface with various departments such as Retail Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, and E-Commerce.
- Participate in showroom activities, including creating and writing analyses during showroom periods.
- Prepare buying presentations and tools.
- Assist in defining buying strategies.
- Coordinate regional purchases.
- Enrollment in a Business School or specialized Master's program in Fashion.
- Previous internship experience in luxury and fashion is appreciated.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Outlook, PowerPoint, and ideally Qlik, Cognos, and BI.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, rigor, flexibility, and dynamism.
Beginner
Enrollment in a Business School or specialized Master's program in Fashion.
