Christian Dior Assistant Retail Merchandiser - Textiles & Hats

- Assist the Merchandiser in managing the Textiles & Hats product categories within the Women's Accessories Business Unit.
- Participate in defining collection structures, launching collections, and monitoring sales to align with business objectives and the Artistic Director's creative vision.
- Conduct sales reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Monitor network performance by region and boutique, and develop ad-hoc analyses to support sales initiatives.
- Coordinate collection launches, including assortment creation and delivery tracking according to implementation schedules.
- Engage in pre-showroom activities by contributing to macro forecasts and buying strategies.
- Support buyers during showroom sessions by providing daily updates and conducting sell-in analyses.
- Compile quantitative and qualitative post-showroom collection reviews.
- Contribute to Visual Merchandising guidelines to enhance in-store assortments.
- Prepare market-oriented materials such as product newsletters, rankings, and incentives.
- Propose currency-based price adjustments to the Pricing Unit.
- Conduct regular market research and synthesize findings to support product offering analyses.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Bac+4/5)
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Product sensitivity and knowledge of the luxury and accessories market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English
- Analytical and quantitative analysis

- Effective communication in English
