1. Assist the Merchandiser in managing the 'Textile Accessories & Hats' product categories.
2. Participate in defining collection structures, launches, and sales tracking.
3. Conduct sales reporting and performance analysis by region and store.
4. Support collection launches, including assortment creation and delivery tracking.
5. Participate in showroom buying sessions and assist with macroforecasts and buying strategies.
6. Create Visual Merchandising guidelines and prepare market materials.
7. Conduct regular market research and analysis.
