- Coordinate and oversee the performance of the global Eyewear boutique network.
- Conduct weekly and monthly sales analysis, focusing on sell-out metrics.
- Prepare and analyze reports by collection, product segment, and region.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as sell-thru rates and stock coverage.
- Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers across different regions.
- Propose inter-regional product transfers and assist in action plan recommendations.
- Translate sales analysis into visual merchandising and boutique display recommendations.
- Support the coordination of collection launches, including assortment creation and delivery tracking.
- Participate in showroom buying sessions, assisting with buying strategy preparation.
- Prepare purchase summaries for production and sales tracking.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify industry best practices.
- Final year student (Bachelor's or Master's level) from a Business School or University.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency.
- Rigorous and organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international context.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Sensitivity to the luxury and fashion industry.
