1. Coordinate and oversee the performance of the global Eyewear boutique network.
2. Conduct weekly and monthly sales analysis, focusing on sell-out metrics.
3. Prepare and analyze reports by collection, product segment, and region.
4. Monitor key performance indicators such as sell-thru rates and stock coverage.
5. Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers across different regions.
6. Propose inter-regional product transfers and assist in action plan recommendations.
7. Translate sales analysis into visual merchandising and boutique display recommendations.
8. Support the coordination of collection launches, including assortment creation and delivery tracking.
9. Participate in showroom buying sessions, assisting with buying strategy preparation.
10. Prepare purchase summaries for production and sales tracking.
11. Conduct competitive analysis and identify industry best practices.

1. Final year student (Bachelor's or Master's level) from a Business School or University.
2. Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency.
3. Rigorous and organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in an international context.
5. Fluency in English.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
7. Sensitivity to the luxury and fashion industry.
