- Coordinate and oversee the performance of Baby Dior boutiques globally.
- Conduct weekly and monthly sales analysis, including sell-out reports.
- Analyze results by collection, product segment, and region.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as sell-thru rates and stock coverage.
- Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers by region.
- Propose inter-regional transfers and prepare action plans and guidelines.
- Translate sales analysis into visual merchandising recommendations.
- Track e-commerce sales and assess digital communication impacts.
- Assist in the preparation of buying strategies and seasonal performance reviews.
- Prepare purchase recaps for production and sales tracking.
- Support permanent and seasonal restock preparations.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify best practices.
- Final year student in a Master's program (Bac +4/5) from a Business School, Engineering School, or University.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in an international context.
- Proactive and autonomous, thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
