1. Coordinate and monitor the performance of Baby Dior boutiques worldwide.
2. Conduct weekly and monthly sales analysis, including reporting and performance indicators.
3. Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers by region.
4. Assist in preparing guidelines and action plans based on sales analysis.
5. Support visual merchandising teams with sales recommendations.
6. Monitor e-commerce sales and digital communication impacts.
7. Participate in showroom buying sessions, assisting with buying strategy preparation.
8. Prepare purchase summaries for production and sales tracking.
9. Conduct competitive analysis and identify best practices.

1. Final year student in Business School, Engineering School, or University (Bac +4/5).
2. Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers.
3. Rigorous and organized.
4. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams in an international context.
5. Proactive and autonomous.
6. Fluent in English.

1. Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Sensitivity to the luxury and fashion industry.
