Assistant Retail Marketing Europe Intern

1. Assist the Marketing Project Manager in various tasks and liaise with marketing managers across countries and departments within Europe.
2. Create and maintain a retail event schedule for boutiques in the region.
3. Manage the operational aspects of retail events, coordinating with headquarters departments.
4. Collect and format event feedback, including client lists, photos, budgets, and sales figures.
5. Monitor supplier invoicing.
6. Gather and synthesize client information for the customer database during Fashion Weeks.
7. Update guest lists for fashion shows and coordinate with the concierge for event organization.
8. Prepare presentation materials for meetings.
9. Participate in logistical follow-ups for various events.

1. Business school or university education
2. BAC+4/+5 – final year internship with a previous 6-month marketing experience required
3. Experience in the retail sector is a plus
