1. Adjust resource allocation based on control volumes.
2. Alert the team leader of potential delays or non-conformities.
3. Communicate feedback for continuous product and process improvement.
4. Manage network returns, ensuring quality status upon receipt, processing, and repackaging.
5. Coordinate quality alerts and information flow with the Quality Control Manager.
6. Perform operational tasks as needed.
7. Evaluate the technical feasibility of product re-conformity.
8. Manage service emails and phone inquiries.
9. Track activity and update monitoring tools and files.
10. Train and integrate new team members, identify skill gaps, and coordinate necessary training.
11. Communicate and enforce control procedures for each category.
12. Share and ensure understanding of quality standards for each collection.
13. Ensure instructions are understood and applied at workstations.
14. Analyze and resolve team member issues upon request.
15. Relay information and occasionally lead team meetings.
16. Communicate with counterparts in other departments and production regarding anomalies.
17. Ensure compliance with environmental policies, especially waste sorting.
18. Ensure safety instructions are followed and emergency exits and extinguishers are accessible.
19. Maintain cleanliness and order in the service area.

1. Minimum 5 years in operational team management in production or quality control in ready-to-wear fashion.

1. Knowledge of couture garment manufacturing techniques.
2. Proficiency in quality control methodologies.
3. Strong understanding of fabrics, embellishments, and other couture materials.
4. Knowledge of alteration techniques.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams; familiarity with WMS preferred.
6. Knowledge of Lean methodologies.
7. Team leadership and training skills.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
10. Initiative, autonomy, agility, and responsiveness.
11. Commitment to continuous improvement.
12. Proficiency in English preferred.

Minimum 5 years in operational team management in production or quality control in the ready-to-wear sector.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; knowledge of couture required.
