1. Assist in the development of men's footwear prototypes from designer sketches to market showrooms.
2. Support the product manager in tracking collections and product development in collaboration with various departments.
3. Monitor the development of collections, including prototype adjustments, material purchases, and product standardization.
4. Manage daily reception and dispatch of prototypes between factories in Italy and the development office in Paris.
5. Verify prototype conformity upon receipt and update the database with photos for the collection.
6. Implement tracking tools for efficient department operations.
7. Assist in invoice tracking and budget management, including creating and updating tracking spreadsheets.
8. Conduct competitive analysis on new market trends in leather goods and materials.
9. Aid in fashion show preparation, ensuring model receipt and conformity, and updating the 'look list' with selected accessories.
10. Prepare products for meetings, including product research and merchandising.
11. Update collection support tools daily, such as shared collection plans with Italy and look lists.
12. Compile ATA Carnets with all collection references, descriptions, materials, photos, and supplier documents.

1. Previous similar professional experience required
2. Good knowledge of footwear
3. Sensitivity to the luxury and fashion industry
