- Assist in the development of men's footwear prototypes from initial sketches to market showrooms.
- Support the product manager in tracking collections and product development in collaboration with various departments.
- Monitor the development of collections, including prototype adjustments, material procurement, and product standardization.
- Manage the daily reception and dispatch of prototypes between factories in Italy and the Paris development office.
- Verify prototype compliance upon receipt and update the database with photos for the collection.
- Develop tracking tools to ensure efficient departmental operations.
- Assist in invoice tracking and budget management, including creating and updating tracking spreadsheets for Dior orders.
- Conduct competitive analysis on market trends and materials in the leather goods sector.
- Aid in fashion show preparation, including model reception and compliance checks, and update the 'look list' with selected accessories.
- Prepare products for meetings, including product research and merchandising.
- Maintain and update collection support tools, such as shared collection plans with Italy and look lists.
- Compile ATA Carnets, including all collection references, descriptions, materials, photos, and supplier documents.
- Previous similar professional experience required.
- Good knowledge of footwear.
- Sensitivity to the luxury and fashion industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic skills in Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Fluency in English and basic proficiency in Italian.
