- Assist in the development of men's accessory prototypes for various collections, from stylist sketches to sales showrooms.
- Support the product manager in tracking collections and product development in collaboration with associated departments.
- Oversee prototype development, material procurement, and product standardization.
- Manage daily reception and dispatch of prototypes between Italian factories and the Paris development office.
- Ensure prototype compliance upon receipt and update the database with photos for the collection.
- Establish tracking tools for efficient service operation.
- Monitor invoices and assist in budget tracking with updated order and cost records.
- Conduct competitive studies on new market forms, material trends, and techniques used in leather goods.
- Assist in fashion show preparation, including model reception and compliance checks, and update the 'look list' with selected accessories.
- Prepare products for meetings through product research and merchandising.
- Update collection support tools daily, including shared collection plans with Italy and look lists.
- Compile ATA Carnets with collection references, descriptions, materials, photos, and supplier documents.
- Previous professional experience in a similar role is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of leather goods and footwear.
- Sensitivity to the luxury and fashion universe.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic skills in Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Fluency in English and basic proficiency in Italian.
