- Collect and analyze data on inventory, sourcing performance, and supply chain efficiency using analytical tools to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor inventory and sourcing KPIs, enabling stakeholders to track performance in real-time.
- Assist in the management of weekly and monthly sourcing performance reports, providing key insights and recommendations, and communicate results to stakeholders, including management.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in sourcing processes, support process improvements, and participate in global community initiatives to track implemented actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, business, supply chain, IT) to ensure seamless sourcing management and participate in meetings to propose supply chain enhancements.
- Enrollment in an engineering or business school, pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) with a specialization in Supply Chain and Logistics.
- Previous internship or project management experience in supply chain management or data analysis is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, business intelligence software (e.g., Power BI), and order management systems (OMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
Beginner
