- Support the Men's Footwear and Leather Goods Merchandising Department in developing successful commercial activities.
- Implement and monitor the footwear strategy, including strategic planning and budgeting.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics such as sell-out, sell-through, and best sellers by category, region, and store.
- Develop weekly and monthly sales reports by product category.
- Propose action plans by category in collaboration with regional teams and the supply chain.
- Define product life cycles, including permanent, carry-over, seasonal, and markdown items.
- Identify best-selling products and market opportunities by category.
- Centralize market feedback on recent collections and future collection needs.
- Coordinate regional needs for delivery, reorders, and rebalancing.
- Visit Paris retail network to optimize visual merchandising (VM) in stores.
- Interface with various departments, including Retail Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, VM, and E-Commerce.
- Participate in showroom periods by creating and drafting analyses (sell-in, best sellers, KPIs) and end-of-showroom reports (quantitative and qualitative collection results).
- Prepare purchase presentations, including core assortment matrices, photos, and macro data.
- Prepare the buying tool, including clustering, core status, delivery waves, and stories.
- Participate in defining purchasing strategies (core assortment, buying rules).
- Coordinate regional purchases (OTB, assortment by core/cluster/wave).
- Enrolled in a business school or pursuing a Master's degree in Fashion.
- Previous internship experience in luxury fashion is appreciated.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in data analysis using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.), Outlook, PowerPoint, and ideally Qlik, Cognos, and BI.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Attention to detail, flexibility, and dynamism.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with initial internship experience in luxury fashion.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or fashion-related field.
