- Support the Men's Footwear and Leather Goods Merchandising Department in developing successful commercial activities.
- Implement and monitor the footwear strategy, including strategic planning and budgeting.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance by category, region, and store.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports by product category.
- Propose action plans by category in coordination with regions and supply chain.
- Define product life cycles, including permanent, carry over, seasonal, and markdown items.
- Identify best-selling products and market opportunities by category.
- Centralize market feedback on recent collections and needs for future collections.
- Coordinate regional needs, including delivery, reorders, and rebalancing.
- Visit boutiques in Paris to optimize visual merchandising.
- Interface with departments such as Retail Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, and E-Commerce.
- Participate in showroom periods, including analysis and end-of-showroom reports.
- Prepare buying presentations and tools, including core assortment matrices and product status.
- Assist in defining buying strategies and coordinate regional purchases.
- Enrollment in a Business School or specialized Fashion Master's program.
- Previous internship experience in luxury and fashion is appreciated.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and Outlook Package (PowerPoint, etc.).
- Knowledge of Qlik, Cognos, and BI is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong team spirit, rigor, flexibility, and dynamism.
Entry-level, suitable for beginners.
Enrollment in a Business School or specialized Fashion Master's program.
