Christian Dior Assistant Merchandiser

1. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for Retail teams, central teams, and Top Management.
2. Conduct daily performance analysis by region, boutique, category, segment, product, and SKU.
3. Review replenishment targets, restocking, stock optimization, and rebalancing.
4. Provide operational support to retail, including transfers and creating support materials for community engagement.
5. Assist in organizing buying sessions, including analysis, tool preparation, and order entry.
6. Participate in the organization of collection launches and create communication support materials.
7. Support boutique openings and retail events by preparing information, updating stocks, and tracking performance.

1. Business school degree or equivalent
2. Fluent in English and French

1. Strong analytical skills
2. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
3. Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
4. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
5. Interest in numbers, statistics, and analysis

Retail and/or merchandising experience is appreciated.

Business school degree or equivalent
