1. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for Retail teams, central teams, and Top Management, analyzing daily performance across EMEA, sub-regions, boutiques, and product categories.
2. Review replenishment targets, manage stock optimization, and facilitate rebalancing efforts.
3. Provide operational support to retail, including handling transfers, creating community engagement materials, and addressing merchandising inquiries from boutiques.
4. Assist in organizing and executing buying sessions, including analysis, tool preparation, and order entry.
5. Contribute to commercial animation by organizing collection launches, creating communication materials, and analyzing performance to support merchandising actions.
6. Support boutique openings and retail events by preparing information, updating stock, and monitoring performance.

1. Enrollment in a business school or equivalent program.
2. Fluency in both English and French.

1. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
3. Attention to detail, quick execution, and adherence to deadlines.
4. Interest in numbers, statistics, and analysis.

Previous experience in retail or merchandising is appreciated but not required.

Business school or equivalent program.
