1. Contribute to the continuous improvement of finished product quality by providing relevant insights from customer feedback and retail stock analyses to the Quality Production teams.
2. Conduct in-depth analyses of quality issues by geographical area, identifying common product types and defect patterns.
3. Ensure meticulous follow-up on action plans implemented by production to address identified quality issues.
4. Produce accurate and relevant quality reports, ensuring the integrity and reliability of the data used.
5. Establish data control and validation mechanisms to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
6. Define, formalize, and update all central Quality processes in collaboration with industrial Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and regional teams.
7. Formalize and update finished product inspection processes in partnership with various industrial quality departments.
8. Design and implement quality control reporting analysis tools to facilitate trend identification and potential issue detection.

1. Graduate from an engineering or business school.

1. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel, pivot tables, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
3. Good command of English; Italian is a plus.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
5. Attention to detail and rigor in action plan follow-up.
