1. Assist the Client Service Center team within the Digital Direction of Christian Dior Couture.
2. Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing CSC performance and enhancing customer experience.
3. Coordinate communication with regional CSCs and manage requests and newsletters.
4. Participate in Agile ceremonies with business and IT teams.
5. Support project teams in deployment preparation and implementation.
6. Assist in the analysis and reporting of CSC performance KPIs.
7. Contribute to the development and automation of dataflows using Dataiku (SQL).

1. Final year student in business school or university (Master's level).
2. Specialization in digital project management or data.

1. Ability to manage projects with autonomy and proactivity.
2. Interest in digital initiatives and early adoption of digital tools.
3. Teamwork skills.
4. Strong written and verbal communication.
5. Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Power BI, and Dataiku is a plus.
6. Excellent proficiency in Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel).
7. Fluent in English.

Beginner level experience.

Final year student in business school or university (Master's level).
