Christian Dior Assistant CSC Apps & Data Projects Intern

- Assist the Client Service Center (CSC) team within the Digital Department, focusing on Data and Applications projects.
- Contribute to optimizing CSC performance and enhancing client experience through new service development and digital tool improvements.
- Support the Project Manager and Business Analyst in project preparation, implementation, and monitoring.
- Coordinate communication with regional CSCs, including request management and newsletter dissemination.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies with business and IT stakeholders.
- Assist in deployment preparation, including scoping and specifying new functionalities, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support the Business Analyst in tracking CSC performance, analyzing KPI evolution, and preparing Business Review presentations.
- Contribute to the development and automation of dataflows using Dataiku (SQL) and Power BI dashboards.
- Final-year student in a business school or university (Master's level), specializing in digital project management or data.
- Strong interest in digital initiatives and early adoption of digital tools.
- Proactive and autonomous project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Power BI, and Dataiku is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally in digital project management or data-related roles.
Master's degree in progress, preferably in business or a related field.
