- Analyze and monitor monthly performance against sales plans across all categories.
- Provide qualitative and quantitative analyses of monthly variations across collections.
- Update and optimize existing and newly deployed digital tools.
- Continuously enhance the development of key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, reports, and tools to drive business performance.
- Develop and update objectives by region and category in collaboration with the supervisor for the current and upcoming years.
- Refine monthly forecasts for permanent products based on performance and category ambitions.
- Plan, analyze, and consolidate quarterly forecasts by region for the current and upcoming years.
- Lead and facilitate variance analyses.
- Support the supervisor in variance analyses during buying sessions.
- Advanced degree (Bac +5) in engineering, business school, or university.
- Proficiency in information systems and handling cross-referenced data (Excel, Power BI).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (M3, SAP) is advantageous.
