Christian Dior Assistant Business Analyst and Merchandising Intern

- Assist the merchandising team in daily analyses and collection development in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Analyze performance and track KPIs for collections, capsules, and events.
- Conduct weekly monitoring of best-sellers by collection and category.
- Prepare presentations related to performance analyses.
- Create reporting tools to enhance performance tracking and management.
- Manage interzone transfers and restocking processes.
- Support during buying sessions by analyzing assortments and preparing related files.
- Assist in the preparation of pre and post-buying session presentations and debriefs.
- Master's level education (Bac +5) from a business or engineering school.
- Proficiency in both English and French.
- Significant initial experience in an analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA/Macros is a plus.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Product and fashion affinity.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Entry-level experience in an analytical position is required.
Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
