- Assist with daily management of sales team and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Enhance sales performance and minimize stock losses.
- Open and close the boutique, ensuring security and compliance with procedures.
- Coach and develop staff, manage schedules, and oversee merchandising and inventory.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to achieve optimal results.
- Participate in merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts.
- Train and lead sales associates in selling skills and client development.
- Facilitate communication between management and associates.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities and optimize customer database development.
- Oversee compliance with company policies, including security and record-keeping.
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management within a luxury setting.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop and train associates effectively.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Proficiency in managing boutique operations, including merchandising and housekeeping.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Effective time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably with 1 year in a management role within a luxury product setting.
Salary range of $85,000-$90,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
