1. Assist with daily management of sales team and ensure exceptional customer service.
2. Enhance sales performance and minimize stock losses.
3. Open and close the boutique, ensuring security and compliance with procedures.
4. Coach and develop staff, manage schedules, and oversee merchandising and inventory.
5. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to achieve optimal results.
6. Participate in merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts.
7. Train and lead sales associates in selling skills and client development.
8. Facilitate communication between management and associates.
9. Coordinate sales promotion activities and optimize customer database development.
10. Oversee compliance with company policies, including security and record-keeping.

1. Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management within a luxury setting.
2. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

3. Proficiency in managing boutique operations, including merchandising and housekeeping.

At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably with 1 year in a management role within a luxury product setting.

Salary range of $85,000-$90,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
