- Assist with day-to-day management of the sales team.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service throughout the store.
- Improve sales, minimize stock losses, and attract new clients.
- Open and close the boutique.
- Coach staff, schedule, merchandise, and complete inventory.
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed to achieve maximum results.
- Increase sales and measure sales performance and conversion rates daily.
- Inspire outstanding service to customers.
- Assign and monitor sales goals of Sales Associates.
- Participate in merchandise displays and presentations.
- Train, coach, develop, and lead sales associates in selling skills.
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and training.
- Facilitate communication between management and associates.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities.
- Gather merchandise for transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
- Coordinate and participate in department inventories.
- Monitor proper pricing of merchandise.
- At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably with at least 1 year in management within a luxury product setting.
- Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to develop and train associates.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Effective management of sales staff.
- Ability to manage boutique operations including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
Minimum 5 years of retail experience required, preferably with at least 1 year of management in a luxury product setting.
The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $100,000 - $120,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will depend on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
