Christian Dior Assistant Boutique Manager

- Enhance sales performance and monitor daily conversion rates.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and inspire the sales team.
- Assist in setting and monitoring sales goals for associates.
- Develop and maintain clientele relationships.
- Participate in merchandise display and presentation preparations.
- Train and coach sales associates in selling techniques.
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and training.
- Ensure effective communication between management and staff.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities and optimize customer database.
- Manage product and stock, including transfers and inventory coordination.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management within a luxury setting.
- Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry.
- Ability to train and develop associates.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Effective management of sales staff and boutique operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in operating necessary equipment, including POS systems.
At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury product setting.
Annual salary range of $100,000 - $120,000, plus bonus eligibility.
