1. Enhance sales performance and monitor daily conversion rates.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and inspire the sales team.
3. Assist in setting and monitoring sales goals for associates.
4. Develop and maintain clientele relationships.
5. Participate in merchandise display and presentation preparations.
6. Train and coach sales associates in selling techniques.
7. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and training.
8. Ensure effective communication between management and staff.
9. Coordinate sales promotion activities and optimize customer database.
10. Manage product and stock, including transfers and inventory coordination.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management within a luxury setting.
2. Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity.
3. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry.

1. Ability to train and develop associates.
2. Outstanding customer service skills.
3. Effective management of sales staff and boutique operations.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in operating necessary equipment, including POS systems.

At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury product setting.

Annual salary range of $100,000 - $120,000, plus bonus eligibility.
