- Assist in the daily management of the sales team to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Enhance sales performance and conversion rates while minimizing stock losses.
- Open and close the boutique, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Coach, schedule, and develop sales associates in selling skills and product knowledge.
- Manage clientele development and optimize customer database.
- Coordinate merchandise displays and presentations.
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and convey necessary information.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
- Oversee compliance with company policies and security procedures.
- Gather merchandise for transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor (RTVs).
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury setting.
- Strong initiative and commercial creativity with a keen fashion sensitivity.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
A minimum of 5 years in retail, preferably with management experience in a luxury product environment.
