1. Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the boutique, ensuring adherence to Christian Dior standards of customer service.
2. Enhance sales performance by setting and monitoring sales goals for the team.
3. Facilitate the development of clientele through exceptional service and relationship-building.
4. Participate in merchandise display and presentation, applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.
5. Train, coach, and lead sales associates in selling skills and product knowledge.
6. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and other necessary information.
7. Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
8. Oversee compliance with company policies and procedures, including security and record-keeping.
9. Manage product and stock, including transfers, damages, and inventory coordination.
10. Lock and secure the store, ensuring compliance with all security procedures.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
2. Proven track record of increasing sales and managing a sales team effectively.
3. Strong understanding of luxury retail operations and customer service excellence.
