Christian Dior Assistant Boutique Manager

- Support the Boutique Director in day‑to‑day management of the sales team and drive achievement of sales targets and conversion metrics.
- Coach, train and develop sales associates in selling skills, clienteling, product knowledge and capture‑rate optimisation; assign and monitor individual goals.
- Lead client development and CRM activities to grow personal client databases and retention.
- Plan and execute merchandising, visual presentations and seasonal displays in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage stock operations: prepare transfers, process RTVs/damages, participate in inventories and ensure correct pricing and stock reconciliation.
- Oversee boutique opening and closing procedures, cash handling, safekeeping of company property and compliance with security protocols.
- Analyse daily commercial performance, identify opportunities to improve service and productivity, and resolve operational issues.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and associates and conduct regular store meetings.
- Minimum five years of progressive experience in retail, including supervisory or assistant manager responsibilities — luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, conversion improvement and client development.
- Demonstrable expertise with leather goods and accessories merchandising or strong aptitude to learn product specifics quickly.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate a diverse sales team.
- Practical knowledge of inventory control, loss prevention and boutique security procedures.
- Excellent organisational skills, numerical literacy for daily sales tracking and meticulous attention to detail.

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or related field preferred.
