- Assist in the day-to-day management of the sales team and ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Enhance sales performance, minimize stock losses, and attract new clientele.
- Oversee the opening and closing of the boutique.
- Coach and develop staff, manage scheduling, and oversee merchandising and inventory.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to achieve optimal results.
- Increase sales and monitor performance metrics and conversion rates.
- Inspire and maintain outstanding customer service standards.
- Participate in merchandise display and presentation, applying merchandising concepts.
- Train and lead sales associates in selling skills and client development.
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities and optimize customer database development.
- Manage product and stock, including transfers, damages, and RTVs.
- Oversee compliance with company policies, including security and record-keeping.
- Address and resolve departmental service, efficiency, and productivity issues.
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management within a luxury setting.
- Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Capacity to maintain a presence on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Ability to develop and train associates and build relationships.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Effective management of sales staff to achieve sales and clienteling objectives.
- Proficiency in boutique operations, including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably with 1 year in a management role within a luxury product environment.
