- Enhance sales performance and monitor daily conversion rates.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and inspire the sales team.
- Assist in setting and tracking sales targets for associates.
- Drive clientele development initiatives.
- Oversee merchandise displays and ensure adherence to merchandising guidelines.
- Train and mentor sales associates in effective selling techniques.

- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury setting.
