1. Enhance sales performance and monitor daily conversion rates.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and inspire the sales team.
3. Assist in setting and tracking sales targets for associates.
4. Drive clientele development initiatives.
5. Oversee merchandise displays and ensure adherence to merchandising guidelines.
6. Train and mentor sales associates in effective selling techniques.
7. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and convey key information.
8. Facilitate communication between management and sales staff.
9. Coordinate sales promotions and in-store events.
10. Train staff on customer database management and post-sale follow-up.
11. Manage inventory, including transfers and returns.

14. Secure the boutique and ensure adherence to security protocols.

1. Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury setting.
2. Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity.
3. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
