- Enhance sales performance and monitor conversion rates daily.
- Provide exemplary customer service and inspire the sales team.
- Assist in setting and tracking sales goals for Sales Associates.
- Develop and expand the clientele base.
- Participate in merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts.
- Train, coach, and lead sales associates in selling skills.
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and convey essential information.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and associates.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
- Train the team on optimizing Capture Rate and After Sale to develop customer databases.
- Manage merchandise transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
- Oversee department inventories and ensure accurate pricing.
- Minimize stock losses and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Lock and secure the store, ensuring adherence to security procedures.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management within a luxury setting.
- Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity with a keen fashion sense.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and brand consistency.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability to open and close the store as needed.
- Capacity to maintain a presence on the selling floor for extended periods.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop and train associates and build strong relationships.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Effective management of sales staff to achieve sales and clienteling objectives.
- Proficient in boutique operations, including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping.

A minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury product setting.
Annual salary ranging from $95,000 to $105,000.
