- Enhance sales performance and monitor conversion rates daily.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and inspire the sales team.
- Assist in setting and tracking sales targets for associates.
- Develop and maintain a robust clientele base.
- Oversee merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts.
- Train, coach, and lead sales associates in effective selling techniques.
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and provide training.
- Facilitate communication between management and staff.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities and optimize customer database.
- Manage product transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
- Conduct department inventories and ensure accurate pricing.
- Minimize stock losses and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Secure the store and ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management within a luxury setting.
- Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity.
- Strong understanding of the luxury industry and brand alignment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Capability to maintain a presence on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Ability to develop and train associates effectively.

Annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, plus bonus eligibility.
