Christian Dior API Product Owner

- Define the product vision and development strategy for API platforms, aligning with corporate objectives and user needs.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, writing features and user stories to achieve it.
- Collaborate closely with development, architecture, and security teams to ensure the quality, security, and reliability of API platforms.
- Define the complete lifecycle of APIs: design, development, documentation, testing, deployment, versioning, and deprecation.
- Manage and enhance the documentation of tools, accelerators, practices, and the developer portal to facilitate onboarding and adoption.
- Implement and monitor performance indicators (API analytics, dashboards) to measure adoption, performance, and satisfaction, as well as the delivery of product features.
- Ensure governance, standardization, and compliance of APIs (security, performance, maintainability, transfer to support teams, etc.).
- Organize and lead an API community to promote practices, train API developers, and gather feedback to evolve tools, accelerators, and best practice guides.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
- Significant experience (2 to 5 years minimum) as a Product Owner managing technical/API products.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Excellent understanding of technical concepts related to APIs (REST, JSON, queuing, etc.), real-time flows, and modern software architectures.
- Ability to communicate with technical and business profiles.
- Mastery of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Analytical skills to interpret usage data and drive continuous improvement.
- Organizational skills, rigor, and ability to prioritize in a complex, multi-project environment.
- Knowledge of API security and performance issues.
- Experience with Mulesoft suite is desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of experience is required, ideally in product management for technical products or API platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
