- Conduct certification audits of repair workshops.
- Establish and update specific technical processes with repair workshops.
- Ensure continuous training for repair teams on new procedures and technologies.
- Identify and manage relationships with spare parts suppliers to ensure quality and availability of components.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop tracking and reporting tools to measure after-sales service performance.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to anticipate and resolve technical issues.
- Create standards for conducting certification audits of repair workshops.
- Implement the spare parts supply chain (process and system).
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the after-sales management system (Dior Cares).
- Degree from an engineering school or jewelry training (CAP/BMA/DMA).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the jewelry industry with a strong understanding of repair and after-sales service processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork and adaptability.
- Reliability, adaptability, and a desire to contribute beyond direct responsibilities.
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and capable of driving change.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in computer tools (PPT, Word, Excel).
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, in a professional context.
- Curiosity and a passion for innovation.
- Knowledge of production standards and regulations in the jewelry sector.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the jewelry industry, with a comprehensive understanding of repair and after-sales service processes.
Degree from an engineering school or jewelry training (CAP/BMA/DMA).
