Christian Dior After-Sales Service Manager

- Optimize the processing time for after-sales service requests.
- Enhance communication with boutiques regarding the status of service requests.
- Ensure the repair center is well-informed to maintain high-quality repairs.
- Analyze boutique requests and conduct additional examinations of items.
- Consult workshops for technical advice on repairs when necessary.
- Manage service requests, including proposal of estimates, ordering parts, and preparing intervention sheets for the workshop.
- Monitor service requests, including responses to estimates, receipt of parts, dispatch of items for repair, and follow-up on returns.
- Provide backup for team members during absences.
- Report anomalies in service request management to superiors.
- Alert on potential customer dissatisfaction risks.
- Inform the Quality Service of new types of damages observed.
- Communicate with boutiques and Customer Service on the progress of requests.
- Guide boutiques in implementing best practices and using Dior Care.
- Inform boutiques about after-sales policies and procedures.
- Communicate with retail quality service, spare parts, and shipping on any anomalies in the after-sales process.
- Oversee special operations such as personalization.
- Participate in external quality operations conducted in boutiques.
- Manage and receive supply orders for the service.
- Dispatch technical supplies to other workshops globally.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in management, logistics, or technical field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in after-sales service management within the luxury sector.
- Strong technical knowledge in leather goods and footwear.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- High reactivity and dynamism.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Diplomacy and discretion.
- Rigorous organizational skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English (minimum B2 level).
A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in management, logistics, or technical field.
