Accounts Payable Manager

1. Supervise a team of 5 people, managing daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
2. Control payment proposals and supplier account creations/modifications.
3. Monitor debtor supplier accounts and aged supplier balances.
4. Oversee the processing of supplier invoices for Stock Purchases to meet deadlines.
5. Manage VAT franchise for French and Italian suppliers and monitor Italian VAT credit.
6. Supervise and participate in the preparation of internal DEB Acquisition and control outsourced DEB.
7. Lead system development initiatives.
8. Manage and develop team members.
9. Enhance internal control through training and procedures.
10. Supervise and participate in accounting closures for Stock and Stock Purchases.
11. Control stock equations and balance sheet stock reconciliation.
12. Control and clean system FAR.
13. Analyze balance sheet accounts.
14. Monitor and validate inventories.
15. Collaborate with other auxiliary accounting teams on intercompany reconciliations.

1. Degree in Accounting.
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in similar roles.
3. Experience in management is essential.

1. Rigorous, autonomous, and organized.
2. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in information systems.
4. Excellent command of English.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and SAP.
6. Knowledge of M3 software is a plus.

Minimum 10 years of experience required.
