1. Supervise daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for the team.
2. Oversee payment proposals and supplier account modifications.
3. Monitor debtor supplier accounts and aged supplier balances.
4. Ensure timely processing of supplier invoices for Stock Purchases.
5. Manage VAT franchise for French and Italian suppliers and monitor Italian VAT credit.
6. Supervise and contribute to the internal establishment of DEB Acquisition and control outsourced DEB.
7. Lead system development initiatives.
8. Manage and develop team members, enhancing internal controls through training and procedures.
9. Participate in and supervise accounting closures for Stock and Stock Purchases cycles.
10. Control stock equations and balance sheet stock reconciliation.
11. Oversee system FAR cleaning and balance sheet account analysis.
12. Validate inventories and supervise intergroup reconciliation in collaboration with other auxiliary accounting teams.

1. Degree in Accounting or a related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar roles.
3. Proven management experience.

1. Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
2. Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and SAP.
5. Familiarity with M3 software is advantageous.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required, with a substantial background in management roles.

Degree in Accounting or a related field.
