1. Manage a portfolio and act as the main contact for business unit collaborators.
2. Account for invoices within the COUPA system.
3. Create supplier accounts.
4. Reconcile and analyze supplier accounts.
5. Monitor advances and claims for unpaid invoices.
6. Participate in monthly closures.
7. Initiate supplier payment campaigns.
8. Control and validate expense reports.
9. Assist in managing the generic accounts payable email inbox.
10. Archive invoices.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable.

1. Proficiency in SAP.
2. Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
3. Interest in information systems.
4. Organized and detail-oriented.
5. Critical thinking skills.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Operational English.
8. Knowledge of COUPA is a plus.

At least 5 years of experience in accounts payable.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
