Christian Dior Accounting & Management Apprentice

Parfums Christian Dior is the fragrance and cosmetics arm of a leading luxury conglomerate (LVMH). 1. Process and manage purchase orders in SAP: entry, validation, receipt confirmation, payment follow-up and coordination with SJDB accounting.
2. Maintain and update departmental expense tracking files and monthly reporting indicators (Engie, Nordechets, Green Wishes, CBRE, Veolia).
3. Support budget analysis and contribute to cost-control initiatives.
4. Monitor consumption and invoicing from strategic suppliers (e.g. Engie, Top Chrono).
5. Track monthly hours and FTEs for external service providers and update related dashboards.
6. Create and modify supplier accounts and ensure supplier data integrity.
7. Prepare and format internal communications; apply basic graphic tools and AI-assisted workflows (e.g. Canva).
8. Manage miscellaneous service orders for the department (technical equipment, office supplies) and liaise with internal stakeholders.

1. Enrolled in a BTS Comptabilité et Gestion or equivalent vocational higher-education programme (BTS/DUT/Professional Bachelor's) and eligible for a conventionnée alternance.
2. Proven proficiency with SAP and advanced Excel capabilities.
3. Methodical, organised and able to work autonomously while respecting deadlines.
4. Interest in process optimisation and cost control.
5. Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external suppliers.
6. Behavioral competencies: stakeholder management, teamwork, clear communication, learning agility, attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Open to beginners; designed for students at the start of their professional trajectory. Prior internship experience in accounting or purchasing is advantageous but not required.

Enrolment in a BTS Comptabilité et Gestion or a comparable accounting/management programme (alternance format).
