1. Manage the management team's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Organize and prepare logistics for meetings as requested by the management team.
3. Maintain the management team's files and records.
4. Handle departmental orders and correspondence for the management team and occasionally the department.
5. Provide physical and telephone reception for the management team.
6. Participate in departmental archiving operations, both physical and digital.
7. Produce auxiliary accounting KPIs.
8. Assist with accounting tasks such as client/supplier account analyses, supplier/client circularizations, check remittance preparation, intercompany account reconciliations, annex reviews, and document preparation for auditors.
9. Support the BPO team with tasks like procedure harmonization, purchase order analysis, and training document preparation.
10. Translate documents into English as needed.
11. Fulfill ad hoc assistance requests from the department based on current agendas and activities.

1. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
