- Manage the management team's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize logistics for meetings as requested by the management team.
- Maintain the management team's files.
- Handle department orders.
- Manage correspondence for the management team and occasionally for the department.
- Provide physical and telephone reception for the management team.
- Participate in department archiving operations, both physical and digital.
- Produce KPIs for auxiliary accounting.
- Assist with accounting tasks such as account analysis, supplier/client circularizations, check preparation, intercompany reconciliations, and document preparation for auditors.
- Support the BPO team with tasks like procedure harmonization, purchase order analysis, and training document preparation.
- Translate documents into English as needed.
- Provide ad hoc assistance to the department based on current needs.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills.
