Chopard HR Specialist

- Serve as the primary contact for employees and management on all HR-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with department heads to recruit future specialists.
- Support HR leadership in ongoing employee relations, including individual measures, personnel development, and works council matters.
- Manage all administrative HR tasks such as employment contracts, certificates, compensation letters, works council consultations, and electronic personnel file management.
- Coordinate and organize training initiatives.
- Participate in various HR projects, such as the expansion of HR information systems.
- Commercial training with further education in human resources (e.g., HR specialist) or a degree with relevant specialization.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in HR support.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor.

- Independent and structured working style.
- Practical knowledge of labor and social security law.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
