- Lead retail boutiques with strategic initiatives to achieve sales, productivity, and profitability targets.
- Monitor daily boutique performances, analyze product sales results, and provide qualitative feedback.
- Conduct monthly follow-ups on P&L performances, including analysis and action planning.
- Manage salary packages, including salaries, incentives, and commissions for sales staff.
- Support store planning and ensure smooth opening of new boutiques, including supervising product orders, visual merchandising, and staff recruitment and training.
- Ensure retail operations adhere to brand and group operation guidelines and policies, achieving operational excellence.
- Build and maintain relationships with local landlords to enhance visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communication department to deliver a high standard of client experience and develop CRM strategies.
- Provide product design and assortment feedback to the Merchandising team and ensure visual merchandising guidelines are maintained.
- Work closely with other business partners to ensure smooth daily retail operations.
- Conduct boutique mystery shopping surveys and develop action plans.
- Oversee recruitment, movement, and development of boutique staff, creating talent career development plans.
- Achieve service quality and customer quality targets through strategic planning and regular tracking.
- Propose and conduct strategies and action plans for increasing traffic through cross-marketing and partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- More than 10 years of related management experience in international luxury or designer fashion brands.
- Strong sense of data management skills and sales orientation.
- Strong interpersonal and management skills.
- Ability to work successfully as part of a cross-functional team, demonstrating a leadership style based on respect and trust.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Proficiency in data analysis and management.
- Sales and result-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
- Flexibility in working hours and ability to travel frequently.
More than 10 years of management experience in international luxury or designer fashion brands.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
