1. Prepare, refresh and maintain villas to the Maison’s exacting standards of cleanliness, presentation and comfort.
2. Collaborate closely with Majordomes and the Housekeeping team to coordinate daily villa readiness and guest requests.
3. Perform precise linen care, bed-making, wardrobe presentation and inventory checks to ensure immaculate presentation.
4. Anticipate and fulfill guest preferences with discretion, maintaining confidentiality and privacy at all times.
5. Report and log maintenance or engineering issues promptly; liaise with relevant departments to expedite resolutions.
6. Adhere to hygiene, health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with villa sanitation standards.
7. Support turndown, minibar and replenishment procedures; manage villa supplies and basic stock control.
8. Assist other departments during peak periods or special guest requirements, preserving consistency of service.

1. Minimum three years’ housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel, resort or villa environment, with exposure to villa or suite operations.
2. Fluent English, both spoken and written; additional languages an advantage.
3. Demonstrable knowledge of housekeeping procedures, linen care and room preparation standards.
4. Strong understanding of hygiene, safety and guest privacy protocols.
5. Physically able to perform duties on a sustained basis and to work flexibly to meet service needs.
