1. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including registrations, notifications, and venue arrangements.
2. Maintain administrative records for training, such as attendance sheets and updates to the training management system.
3. Manage inventory for training and ambassador life activities.
4. Assist in organizing and conducting tours of the Maison for new ambassadors and students.
5. Contribute to the planning and execution of internal events such as Ambassador of the Month, new arrivals events, and recognition ceremonies.
6. Oversee the implementation of the recognition policy for ambassadors, including milestones like birthdays and anniversaries.
7. Propose and assist in developing the annual events calendar under the supervision of the Training and Ambassador Life Manager.
8. Participate in specific projects as requested by the Training and Ambassador Life Manager.
9. Report any safety or accident risks to the management.

1. Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resource Management or Hospitality Management (Bachelor's or Master's level).

4. Autonomous with strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Passion for the hospitality industry.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools.
7. Fluency in French; English proficiency is appreciated.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or Hospitality Management.
