- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including registrations, notifications, and venue arrangements.
- Maintain administrative records for training, such as attendance sheets and updates to the training management system.
- Manage inventory for training and ambassador life activities.
- Assist in organizing and conducting tours of the Maison for new ambassadors and students.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of internal events such as Ambassador of the Month, new arrivals events, and recognition ceremonies.
- Oversee the implementation of the recognition policy for ambassadors, including milestones like birthdays and anniversaries.
- Propose and assist in developing the annual events calendar under the supervision of the Training and Ambassador Life Manager.
- Participate in specific projects as requested by the Training and Ambassador Life Manager.
- Report any safety or accident risks to the management.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resource Management or Hospitality Management (Bachelor's or Master's level).
- Discretion and practical mindset with adaptability.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Autonomous with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools.
- Fluency in French; English proficiency is appreciated.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or Hospitality Management.
