- Coordinate logistical aspects of training sessions, including registrations, notifications, and venue arrangements.
- Maintain administrative oversight of training documentation, including attendance sheets and updates to the training management system.
- Manage inventory of materials for training and ambassador life activities.
- Participate in the orientation of new ambassadors and students through guided tours of the Maison.
- Assist in organizing and managing internal events such as 'Artisan of the Month' and ambassador recognition events.
- Oversee the recognition policy for ambassadors, including acknowledgments for births, anniversaries, marriages, and tenures.
- Contribute to the development of the annual events calendar under the guidance of the Training and Ambassador Life Manager.
- Support specific projects as requested by the Training and Ambassador Life Manager.
- Report any safety or accident risks concerning clients or colleagues to management.
- Pursuing or completed higher education (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management.
- Discretion, practical mindset, and adaptability.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools.
- Fluency in French; English proficiency is appreciated.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management.
