- Assist the Technical Director, Technical Manager, and Team Leaders with administrative tasks.
- Support and monitor the Technical Director in managing projects at Cheval Blanc Paris.
- Participate in weekly service meetings with the Technical Manager and team leaders, as well as meetings with technicians.
- Attend meetings with the Technical Director and external service providers.
- Oversee the tracking of current and upcoming purchase requests.
- Organize logistics and follow-up for various technical projects.
- Manage administrative files for the technical office.
- Prepare and follow up on meeting documentation.
- Compile reports and draft meeting minutes.
- Oversee Know Cross operations coordination.
- Assist Team Leaders in stock management and replenishment.
- Participate in the verification of quotes, purchase orders, and receipt of goods.
- Manage schedule creation and optimization with the Technical Director.
- Facilitate internal communication within the service department.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the technical office and certain machinery.
- Draft and update service procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain excellence in client experience.
- Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues to management.
- Proficiency in computer tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and maintenance management software.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
