- Oversee the maintenance and operation of the hotel's technical installations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and service procedures.
- Collaborate with the Technical Director to define preventive, corrective, and improvement actions for hotel facilities.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the annual technical service budget, including maintenance work and energy expenditures.
- Work closely with operational departments to ensure superior service quality for guests.
- Develop specifications and budgets for requested works and services.
- Prioritize interventions to minimize guest disruptions.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of maintenance work performed internally or by external companies.
- Manage maintenance and service contracts with external companies.
- Respond to guest feedback to implement necessary corrective measures.
- Propose improvements for employee working conditions and safety.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, standards, and evacuation protocols.
- Manage and integrate new team members, fostering skill development and versatility.
- Maintain communication with all hotel departments regarding technical operations.
- Report any safety or accident risk situations to management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality sector.
