1. Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and areas designated for Ambassadors in compliance with HACCP standards and hotel procedures.
2. Clean and maintain dishware and service equipment.
3. Properly use and maintain the utensil washing machine.
4. Sort and dispose of waste; compact packaging waste.
5. Clean and maintain waste containers and designated areas.
6. Perform preliminary product preparation tasks under the supervision of a cook.
7. Assist in receiving goods.
8. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to management.
