1. Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and ambassador-designated areas in compliance with HACCP standards and hotel procedures.
2. Clean and maintain dishware and service equipment.
3. Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine appropriately.
4. Sort and dispose of waste; compact packaging waste.
5. Clean and maintain waste containers and designated waste areas.
6. Perform preliminary product preparation under a chef's supervision.
7. Assist in receiving goods.
8. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues to management.
