1. Welcome guests warmly and identify their specific needs and expectations.
2. Conduct personalized diagnostics to offer tailored treatment programs.
3. Advise on appropriate products and services, sharing in-depth knowledge of the prestigious brand.
4. Perform facial and body treatments following Guerlain protocols using manual techniques and advanced equipment.
5. Offer additional aesthetic treatments such as pedicures, manicures, waxing, and makeup.
6. Prepare the workspace meticulously, ensuring cleanliness and a soothing atmosphere in treatment rooms.
7. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for guests.

1. CAP/BEP/BAC PRO or BTS in Aesthetics
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar luxury spa environment

1. Mastery of wellness and aesthetic treatment techniques
2. Fluent in English and French (oral and written)
3. Familiarity with Spa Booker software
4. Adherence to hygiene standards

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
