2. Manage reception duties, including guest check-ins, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries with professionalism and grace.
3. Maintain a clean, organized, and serene spa environment that reflects the luxury brand's ethos.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
5. Proactively engage in continuous learning and development to enhance service offerings.

1. Diploma or equivalent from a reputable institution.
2. Certification as a Spa Therapist.

1. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
2. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
4. Computer literacy, with working knowledge of Spa Connect.
5. Ability to handle physically demanding tasks.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector is required.

Diploma or equivalent from a reputable institution.
