- Provide a warm and professional welcome to spa guests, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
- Advise guests on personalized beauty experiences and Guerlain rituals, fostering a sense of luxury and exclusivity.
- Demonstrate deep empathy and attentiveness to guest needs, organizing transformative spa experiences.
- Exhibit strong sales skills to promote spa products and services effectively.
- Maintain a high standard of service excellence and attention to detail in all guest interactions.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality or spa industry.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to upsell products and services.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to create personalized guest experiences.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in sales and customer relationship management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality or spa industry.
