- Provide exceptional reception services to guests at the Dior Spa, ensuring an unforgettable experience and upholding the Maison's reputation for excellence.
- Advise guests on suitable products and services, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the prestigious brand.
- Anticipate guest needs and apply quality standards to offer expert advice.
- Enhance sales through personalized interactions and upselling, utilizing comprehensive knowledge of the spa's exceptional offerings.
- CAP, BEP, or BTS in Aesthetics or Hospitality
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Understanding of luxury hospitality
- Experience in reception or spa environments
- Sales and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Spa Booker, and Opera Cloud
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese is appreciated
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential
- Customer service and hospitality acumen
