1. Assist the Chef de Rang in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.
2. Uphold HACCP hygiene standards while preparing and organizing the service area.
3. Contribute expertise to the service of the assigned section, maintaining Cheval Blanc standards.
4. Coordinate and communicate effectively with the kitchen, economat, cellar, and stewarding to ensure seamless service.
5. Promote the hotel's restaurants and dining events, enhancing the guest experience from arrival to departure.

1. Significant experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
2. Proficiency in English; a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese is advantageous.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service acumen.
4. Adaptability, precision, and organizational skills.
5. Empathy and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar high-standard establishment, including internships or positions.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
