- Manage guest reservations via phone, online, and in-person at the spa.
- Welcome, guide, and assist guests within the spa facilities.
- Provide expert advice to ensure guest satisfaction and drive sales of additional products and services.
- Handle billing in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Maintain excellent relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure optimal satisfaction.
- Update guest profiles and records accurately.
- Prepare workspaces, including linens, skincare products, and refreshments.
- Maintain equipment and actively participate in cleaning tasks, especially in treatment rooms.
- Assist in stock management and inventory.
- Promote hotel and Cheval Blanc services and products.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Ensure effective communication of guest-related information to the team.
- Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.
- CAP, BEP, or BTS in Aesthetics or Hospitality.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
- Customer service and hospitality acumen.
- Attention to detail, organization, and precision.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in reception or the spa industry is required.
CAP, BEP, or BTS in Aesthetics or Hospitality.
The position offers a stimulating work environment, a 13th-month salary after one year, 50% reimbursement of health insurance, access to LVMH private sales after six months, extensive internal training, social worker support, secure bicycle and scooter parking, company Uber account for late-night commutes, 90% reimbursement of transportation costs, provided and laundered uniforms, and meals at the staff restaurant.
