- Manage guest reservations via telephone, internet, and in-person at the spa.
- Welcome, guide, and settle guests in the spa areas.
- Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and drive sales of additional products and services.
- Handle billing in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Maintain excellent relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests to ensure optimal satisfaction.
- Update guest profiles and records regularly.
- Prepare workspaces, including linens, skincare products, and refreshments.
- Maintain equipment and participate in cleaning tasks, especially in treatment rooms, following hotel protocols.
- Assist in stock management and inventory control.
- Promote various services and products available at the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Ensure accurate communication of guest information and instructions to all team members.
- Report any unusual security or safety incidents to management.
- CAP, BEP, or BTS in Aesthetics or Hospitality
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of representativeness
- Customer service and hospitality acumen
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in reception or spa environments.
CAP, BEP, or BTS in Aesthetics or Hospitality
