Cheval Blanc Spa Receptionist

- Greet and assist guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage spa bookings and schedules efficiently using Spa Connect.
- Ensure the spa environment is welcoming and pristine at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide detailed information about spa services and Guerlain rituals.
- Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback.
- Support the spa team in daily operations and special events.
- Diploma or equivalent from a reputable institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to operations.
- Computer literacy with working knowledge of Spa Connect.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity within the luxury hospitality segment is required.
Diploma or equivalent from a reputable institution.
