- Provide exceptional service and hospitality to guests at the spa.
- Manage spa bookings and appointments using Spa Connect.
- Ensure smooth operations and support the spa team as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and presentation.
- Diploma or equivalent from a reputable institution.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of Spa Connect.
- Service-oriented with a proactive approach.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality segment.
Diploma or equivalent from a reputable institution.
