- Greet and assist clients both over the phone and in person according to hotel procedures.
- Manage billing and payment processes at the point of sale.
- Promote spa services and contribute to revenue growth through the sale of additional products and treatments.
- Handle reservations via phone, internet, and in-person.
- Guide and settle guests within the spa facilities.
- Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and enhance sales of complementary products and services.
- Maintain accurate billing in compliance with hotel procedures.
- Foster excellent relationships with guests, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure optimal satisfaction.
- Update guest profiles efficiently.
- Prepare workspaces, including linens, care products, and refreshments.
- Maintain equipment and participate in cleaning tasks, especially treatment rooms, following hotel protocols.
- Promote various services and products available at the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Ensure effective communication of guest-related information to the team.
- Report any unusual situations concerning safety or potential accidents to management.
- Training in aesthetics.
- Proficiency in computer use.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational ability.
- Outstanding customer service skills, courtesy, and tact.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Team spirit.
No prior experience required.
Internship compensation of €3.9 per hour, with 50% transport reimbursement.
