1. Formal training in Sommellerie: Bac Pro Service et Commercialisation, Bac STHR, BP Sommellerie, MC Sommellerie, WSET Level 3.
2. Knowledge of luxury hospitality or starred dining establishments.
3. Minimum of 2 years of sommelier experience in a similar setting.

1. Mastery of hygiene and safety standards.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Micros.
3. Fluent in English and French (oral and written).
4. Proficiency in a third language is appreciated.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Formal training in Sommellerie is required.

Accommodation provided or a housing allowance of €250 gross. Meals provided during working hours. Uniform provided and laundered. Transport expenses covered (€100 each way). Possibility of bicycle loan (conditions apply). Passionate teams.
