1. Formal training in Sommellerie: Bac Pro Service et Commercialisation, Bac STHR, BP Sommellerie, MC Sommellerie, WSET Level 3.
2. Knowledge of luxury hospitality or starred dining establishments.
3. Minimum of 2 years of sommelier experience in a similar setting.

1. Mastery of hygiene and safety standards.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Micros.
3. Fluent in English and French (oral and written).
4. Proficiency in a third language is appreciated.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
